Former Soviet citizen says ObamaCare will destroy America

Regina Barker-Barzel escaped Communist Russia in 1972. She married an American man and became an American citizen. A Russian Jew, she fled massive persecution, in her native land. Her father was threated on a daily basis, and her uncle was sent to a concentration camp sentenced to 25 years.
In this video she has some warnings for her fellow American citizens.
“How come my democratic country is doing this? It reminds me of Russia, where things were shoved to our throats… I am scared that Russia is running up to me, it’s coming back to America. Our freedom to live will be limited every moment. Our democracy will be eliminated by bureaucrats.Our lives are on the verge to be destroyed.”

I'm a first year in a genetics PhD program. Here's what I've done (besides answer questions on yahoo.)
In my first rotation I grew cells and exposed them to cigarette smoke. We then looked for changes in the cell cycle among other things. That lab was involved in researching lung cancer and has made many discoveries for early diagnosis and risk calculation. The techniques I used were cell culture, RNA and miRNA extraction, and RT-PCR.
Now I'm rotating in a different lab where I'm looking at cells' response to damage. I'm doing tissue culture, western blots, and cell cycle assays.
These are just a few of the labs on campus. Each lab has different techniques they use.

I heard that some historians theorize that Russian Jews are modern-day descendants of the Khazars, an ancient Turkic people that inhabited land in what is now the European part of Russia. Though religious toleration was practiced in the ancient Khazar empire, most of the formerly pagan Khazars were converted to Judaism and, in later centuries, spread throughout Russia and Eastern Europe. Many Russian Jews even intermarried with Russians and other Slavic peoples.
While a Jew is defined to be a member of the Judaic religion and is born to a Jewish father and a non-Jewish mother, Jews actually come from all sorts of races and ethnicities. Perhaps that's why many Jews looked more Russian through their distinct facial features.

Normally it is the embassy that should help people in such circumstances. Being without a passport is hardly a crime, and entering another country w/o a passport can also only qualify as a stupidity, not a crime… then again, the laws of that country can be different.
In any case, she should go to the US embassy if she found herself in another country w/o a passport. They can help or at least they can tell her what she should do.
